A place of prayer
Father J. J. Nałogowski built the first wooden Saint Michael's chapel in 1674. It was covered with shingles and surrounded by beech forest. Its interior held an altar with an image of Saint Michael and paintings connected with the devotion of the local community.
According to the parish study, the present chapel is the fourth building in this site's history. This description presents the heritage of the real parish. Source: Saint Michael's chapel
