The history of the real place
The town charter for Blizne was issued by Casimir the Great on 25 April 1366 in Sanok. In 1402, part of the village was purchased by Maciej, Bishop of Przemyśl. Later grants and purchases connected the village with the estates of the Przemyśl bishopric.
The oldest reliable mention of the parish and church dates to 1470. The wooden church, its furnishings and surroundings went through many changes and conservation works. This heritage inspires our Roblox parish.
